1. Cancellation Policy
For Digital Marketing, Website Development, and Other Services:
You may cancel any service at any time by providing written notice via email to our support team at contact@brillsoftwares.com
Cancellation requests made within 7 days of signing the contract will be processed without any penalty, and any advance payments will be fully refunded.
If a service is canceled after 7 days of signing the contract, any work already completed will be billed based on the agreed-upon terms, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
Ongoing Services (e.g., SEO, Social Media Management, etc.):
Ongoing services are billed on a monthly basis. To cancel these services, you must notify us at least 14 days before the start of the next billing cycle.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the next billing cycle, as work and resources may have already been allocated.
2. Refund Policy
Website Development and App Development:
For project-based services like website or app development, refunds will be processed based on the stage of the project’s completion:
Up to 25% Completion: 50% of the payment will be refunded.
Up to 50% Completion: 25% of the payment will be refunded.
Beyond 50% Completion: No refund will be issued, but the project can be paused or rescheduled upon request.
The determination of the completion stage will be made by Brillsoftwares based on project progress and milestones.
Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.):
Digital marketing services, due to their dynamic nature, are non-refundable once the campaign has started.
However, if you are not satisfied with the service, you may cancel future services as outlined in the Cancellation Policy above.
Content Creation and Consulting Services:
Once the service is delivered (e.g., content provided, consultations conducted), no refunds will be issued.
3. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If the client provides incomplete or incorrect information that causes delays or affects service delivery.
If the client delays approval or response during the project timeline.
If the project or service has been completed as per the agreed specifications and timelines.
4. Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, the request must be submitted in writing via email to [your email] with the relevant details of the service purchased.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving your refund request and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
